Kit Digital 2026: Spanish Digitalisation Grants for SMEs and the Self-Employed
What Kit Digital is
Kit Digital is a public grant programme, funded by the European Next Generation EU funds, designed to boost the digitalisation of SMEs and self-employed workers in Spain. It is managed through Red.es and the Acelera Pyme platform, and consists of a digital voucher that covers the implementation of technology solutions.
Who can apply
Companies and self-employed workers with a tax domicile in Spain that meet the requirements of each call can apply. Segments are defined by number of employees:
- Segment I: from 10 to fewer than 50 employees.
- Segment II: from 3 to fewer than 10 employees.
- Segment III: from 0 to fewer than 3 employees and the self-employed.
Applicants must be up to date with the Tax Agency and Social Security, stay within the de minimis aid limit and complete the digital self-assessment test on Acelera Pyme.

- Process management, which includes work-time tracking and absence management tools.
- Electronic invoicing, aligned with the invoicing required by the Verifactu system.

Deadlines and tips
Calls have limited deadlines and the budget is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so it pays to act early. Gather your documents in advance and choose solutions that add real value, such as work-time tracking or e-invoicing, which also help you comply with current regulations.
With RegulaKit you can implement time tracking, absence management and Verifactu-compliant invoicing, solutions that fall under Kit Digital. To estimate the risk of failing to meet your obligations, use the penalty calculator.
