The Workers' Statute (Art. 38) establishes a minimum of 30 natural days per year. Collective agreements can improve this minimum.
Vacations cannot be replaced by economic compensation, except when the contract ends without having taken them (proportional part in final settlement).
Part-time workers have the same vacation days as full-time. What varies is the pay during those vacation days.
The vacation period must be agreed mutually. The employee must know the dates at least 2 months before the start of vacation.
